A need was seen in the market for supplying good backup service work along with good solid advice to the client. With over 34 years’ experience in the electrical and refrigeration and air-conditioning industry and over 24 years’ experience in the milking equipment industry. Kwikelec has associations with a number of renowned manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. We are the importer and agents of RØKA Bulk Tanks and Milkplan. We specialize in bulk milk tank cooling for dairy farmers countrywide and have installed as far as DRC and Malawi. We are the import agent for Boumatic/Strangko Milking machines. Strangko milking machine is an established dairy company for over 75 years in Europe. In 2007 Strangko was taken over by Boumatic USA.

We, at Kwikelec, have seen the shift and have acknowledged the importance of renewable energy and in 2014 we installed our very first solar system for a dairy farmer in Mooi-River KZN. Since then, we have installed Multiple systems ranging from small residential systems to large commercial and agricultural systems country wide. As such we have trained our staff and received accreditations as authorised installers. We have experience in installing a vast range of Solar Systems such as Grid-Tie, Hybrid Back-up and off-grid solar systems.
